"Pretty solid deal for the price"
I’m happy with my order from tocrystal.com. The price was reasonable, and the item looked nicer than I expected for what I paid. My sister even commented on how good it looked when she saw it. Shipping wasn’t the fastest, but it was totally fine. Overall, it felt like a good deal and I’d order again

"Gift box looked cheap and beat up"
I bought this as a gift, but the box showed up looking cheap and kind of banged up, so it really killed the whole presentation. What was more annoying is that it wasn’t clear who was actually responsible for the packaging issue, the seller, the shipper, or the brand, so I didn’t even know who to reach out to about it

"Quick help right when I needed it"
I had a question about my order, so I sent them a message not really knowing how long it would take. They was quick to get back to me, which made the whole thing less stressful.
The reply felt clear and like an actual person wrote it, not some copy-paste answer. Everything got sorted out without me having to follow up again, so yeah, I was happy with the service.

"Pretty quick delivery, all things considered"
My order showed up sooner than I thought it would, which was a nice surprise. The tracking was mostly accurate, though there were a couple times where it didn’t update right away. If you’re someone who needs constant step-by-step updates, it might feel a little lacking, but for me it was fine since the package arrived on time and the box was in good shape. Overall, I’d say the delivery was reliable.

"Engraving didn’t quite match the photo"
I was a little disappointed because the engraving didn’t really look like the photo I sent in. The face seemed a bit off, and I feel like it’s only fair to expect it to resemble the original a little more closely.

"Cloudy and Cheap Looking"
i mean, I was disappointed with it. The crystal wasn’t clear at all and looked kind of cloudy, almost like it had scratches on it. It just felt cheaper than I expected.
